As an ICF-certified professional coach with training in mindfulness, compassion, and trauma-informed approaches, I offer science-based coaching that integrates psychological insight with contemplative practice. Drawing from international experience and years of teaching mindfulness, I create a structured and supportive space for deep inner work and real-life integration.
